.In developing the master plan and
design for this 15,000 SF facility, FON worked in an interactive manner with
The Morgan Center to collect and analyze facts, uncover and test concepts
and determine the needs in terms of function, form, economy and time.
The architectural program that evolved from this process clearly identified
goals and objectives in terms of people, activities, spatial relationships,
site, environment and budget
The architectural program established priority,
hierarchy, character, activity grouping, accessibility, traffic flow and
flexibility of activity spaces. Issues with regards to safety, security
control, energy conservation, mechanical and electrical environmental
control of the desired building will be resolved during this phase. This
formed the basis of the design process. |
