Our Construction Management Division, as an integral part of our practice, takes a unique interdisciplinary approach towards the construction profession and industry. We understand and are committed to the integration of the architectural, engineering and construction principles required in today's international construction community. With this commitment, our construction managers and inspectors approach the construction management profession with a zeal that ensures and delivers the best products to our clients, on time and within budget. Our construction management team interfaces with the Design Professionals and Trade Contractors on various aspects of any given project and are actively involved in the Planning, Design review, Construction, value engineering, and quality control process. Our architects and project managers constantly monitor all aspect of a project from design inception through construction and owner occupancy. As the construction manager, we have successfully represented our clients’ interest exclusively in the last decade. With our philosophy and outlook, we have successfully delivered several small scale to large scale projects to our clients, including private individual, developers and many public and private concerns in the Mid-Atlantic region and elsewhere. Our practice continues to grow and strive for excellence in the built environment delivery process.
